1. reservation 100 000 Sk within 5 days from signing of a reservation agreement
2. 2nd advance payment 20% of the purchase price within 10 days from signing of a future sales contract
3. supplementary payment 80% of the purchase price within 20 days from receipt of call to conclusion of a sales contract
